• Brittany A. Baron, Esq.

    Brittany is the owner of Baron Family Law LLC where she focuses her practice on domestic relations and family law. This includes divorce, dissolution, child custody and support disputes, post-decree modifications of parental rights and responsibilities, post-decree child support modifications, grandparent rights, and domestic violence. These areas of practice have resulted in Brittany’s appearance in domestic relations and juvenile courts throughout Ohio – including Cuyahoga, Lorain, Summit, Medina, Lake, Portage, Ottawa, Wayne, Athens, and Ashtabula.

    Additionally, Brittany has served as a Guardian ad Litem, representing minor children involved in custody disputes, in the Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Court, and has experience handling Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (“UCCJEA”) cases and cases falling under the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (“UIFSA”). Above all else, Brittany understands the sensitive nature of her area of practice in family law and ensures her clients are confident in their choice of legal representation

    Brittany received her Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2011. In 2015, she received her Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University.

  • Alexis M. Gacey, Esq.

    Alexis is an associate attorney with Baron Family Law, where she practices in the area of domestic relations law. Alexis handles matters related to divorce, the allocation of parental rights and responsibilities, asset divisions, and prenuptial agreements. Alexis is committed to passionately representing firm clients and seeks to help them navigate delicate and stressful family law matters.

    Alexis graduated Cum Laude from Miami University of Ohio, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Writing. Alexis attended law school at Cleveland Marshall College of Law, and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2018. During law school, Alexis served as an Executive Editor of Cleveland State’s Law Review.

    Before joining Baron Family Law, Alexis worked as an associate with the law firm of Rosenthal Thurman Lane, LLC. Additionally, Alexis served as a judicial extern for the Domestic Relations Division of Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. Alexis is a Cleveland native and grew up on the east side, where she attended Beaumont School for Girls.

  • Danielle M. Wilson, Esq.

    Danielle has dedicated 20 years to practicing law in the State of Ohio. Danielle established her own law practice in 2007, handling family law matters. By embarking on her path as a sole practitioner, Danielle was able to balance her legal career with caring for her two young daughters. As her children grew and her firm expanded, Danielle sought collaboration with other passionate family law attorneys. This led Danielle to join forces with Brittany and Alexis in 2024 as an associate of Baron Family Law.

    Additionally, Danielle serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court. In this vital role, she advocates for children under the care of the Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services, ensuring their voices are heard in challenging circumstances beyond their control.

    Danielle has completed Professional Mediation Training through the Ohio Supreme Court and is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Bar Association. Additionally, she was a featured panelist in a workshop presented by International Divorce Solutions titled “Empowered Decisions: A Financial Workshop for Individuals on the Brink of Divorce.”

    Danielle holds a B.S. in communication from Ohio University and earned her law degree from Cleveland State University, Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Born and raised in Cleveland, Danielle currently resides on the east side with her husband of 20 years, their daughters, ages 17 & 15, and her Italian Greyhound, Fredo Corleone.
